Begin by adding the Settle & Soothe Bath Tea to warm running bath water using the muslin bag, allowing the herbs to gently infuse the water during bathing.

Cleanse skin softly with the damp konjac sponge, using only the bath water and light touch.

After bathing, pat dry and warm a small amount of Baby Bodhi Butter between your hands. Smooth gently onto skin using slow, steady strokes. Suitable for nappy area and face too.
