Ritual use

The Gentle Beginnings ritual

Place the Settle & Soothe Bath Tea inside the muslin bag and add it to comfortably warm bath water. Allow the botanicals to infuse while you gently squeeze the bag through the water.

Once softened, use the damp konjac sponge with bath water alone. Move it lightly over the skin without scrubbing or adding a foaming cleanser.

After bathing, pat the skin gently rather than rubbing. Warm a small amount of Baby Bodhi Butter between clean hands and smooth it over slightly damp skin using slow, gentle strokes.

Use a small amount where needed. More product does not necessarily mean more care. Babies are quite good at making simple things complicated without our help.
