If your parcel arrives damaged, incomplete, or faulty, please contact us within 2 days at hello@bodhiandfae.co.uk with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Due to the nature of cosmetic and personal care products, we do not accept returns for hygiene and safety reasons.
