Yes. Some of our products contain tree nut–derived ingredients, such as shea butter, kukui nut oil, tamanu oil, and avocado oil. These oils are rich in essential fatty acids and nutrients that deeply nourish the skin, but they may not be suitable for individuals with nut allergies.
Certain products also contain naturally occurring allergens found in essential oils - including Linalool, Limonene, and Geraniol. All allergens are clearly listed in the “Allergens Present” section on each product page.

If your butter melts and re-solidifies, it’s still completely safe to use - you may notice a little graininess, which simply shows the natural fat molecules have cooled at different speeds. It’s a sign of purity - proof that your balm is natural, handmade, and full of real plant goodness.

We recommend using all balms, butters, and bath teas within 6 months of opening for optimal freshness and quality.

Yes. Every product is crafted to order in our Kent workshop to ensure it reaches you fresh and full of botanical vitality.

Because everything is made just for you, please allow a little extra time. We aim to dispatch within 7 days of purchase. You’ll receive an email confirmation and a tracking link once your parcel is on its way.
