Shipping policy

We prepare and pack every order with care, intention, and respect for the materials we work with.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 5 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
During busy periods, launches, or seasonal events, processing times may be slightly longer but we’ll always keep you informed.

UK Shipping

We currently ship within the United Kingdom.

Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout and are based on your order size and selected delivery method.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Where applicable, tracking details will be provided.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin after dispatch, not from the date of order.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as postal delays or peak seasonal periods.

Packaging

We are committed to thoughtful, low-impact packaging. Orders are packed using recyclable or compostable materials wherever possible, without compromising the protection of your items.

Delays & Lost Parcels

While we do everything we can to ensure smooth delivery, occasional delays may occur. If your order hasn’t arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us and we’ll happily look into it for you.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. We’re unable to take responsibility for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided at the time of purchase.
