The first is a Magnesium Spray, made to sit alongside Barefoot Balm as the ultimate nightly ritual for tired feet, heavy legs and bodies that have carried enough for one day.

So many people have asked me to make one that I could not ignore it any longer. I live with pain myself, and magnesium spray has been part of my own evening routine for well over a year now.

The second is a Grow Your Own Apothecary Kit, containing three of my favourite herbs for you to grow at home. You will learn how to use them to make herbal teas, skincare and traditional home remedies, while discovering their history, folklore and the knowledge carried through generations.
